- You authorize us to access and manage your property as necessary to fulfill our services.

You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about your property, including but not limited to its location, amenities, and any relevant legal restrictions.
3. Payment Terms
Our fees are outlined in a separate agreement. Payment terms are detailed in the contract signed between you and Lucky Thunder Property Management.
4. Liability
We strive to provide excellent service, but we are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur beyond our control, including but not limited to, damage to the property, loss of revenue, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
